Reservations
To reserve your room today, please call us at 1-403-844-2672 or email: theprairiecreekinn@telus.net. We require a Visa, Mastercard or American Express number to confirm your reservation. A deposit is not required however our cancellation policy is in effect with all reservations.
Policies
- The Prairie Creek Inn is proud to offer a completely smoke free environment (inside and outside).
- Rates are subject to applicable taxes and may change without notice.
- A minimum two night booking is required (a minimum three night booking on long weekends) however we may be able to accommodate a one night stay depending on our other bookings so please inquire.
- Rates are based on double occupancy. Extra persons in the Creekside Cottage are $35 each (maximum occupancy of four people). We cannot accommodate extra guests in the Stables or Explorer's Suite.
- Children under seven stay free of charge.
- Check in time is 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. and check out time is by 12:00 noon. No early check ins please.
- Cancellation Policy: 100% refund for cancellations with 14 days notice; 50% refund prior to 7 days notice; 0% refund with less than 7 days notice.
Pets?
Yes, we will be pleased to accommodate your well behaved dog in our Creekside Cottage (sorry no cats). A fee of $25 per night will be charged and this arrangement must be reserved at time of booking. Sorry, pets cannot be accommodated in the suites.
