Our Deerview Meeting Room offers the perfect place for your team to focus on creativity, innovation and success away from the day to day distractions of the office. Our easily accessible and centralized location is especially appealing to businesses in Red Deer, Calgary, Edmonton and throughout the region for management retreats, strategic planning sessions, training programs, board development or meetings for any purpose.

We have all the amenities you need: Free WiFi, flip chart, projector, screen, 12 comfortable leather executive chairs and large boardroom tables. The room also features a cozy fieldstone fireplace and window seat and ample windows and lighting. On warmer days, you can step outside the garden doors, relax on the outdoor deck and enjoy the fresh country air. Or better yet, take your break around the campfire beside the energy flowing Prairie Creek. Work doesn’t get much better than that!

Meeting Packages:
Whether your meeting is for a few hours or a few days, we can accommodate all your needs. Meeting services include working lunches, coffee breaks, snacks, dinner, hors d’oeuvres or setting up special excurtions in the area. Allow us to create a unique menu and retreat experience tailored specifically for your special requirements.

Our rates are as follows:

• Exclusive use of Deerview Meeting Room $200 per day (4 hours and over) $125 1/2 day (under 4 hours)

• Lunch service $20-25 /person
  
• Dinner service $30-50 /person

Weddings

Specializing in Small Intimate Gatherings

What can be more romantic than getting married in the country among towering trees and the vibrant energy of Prairie Creek in the background? We specialize in small weddings of up to 40 people. Whether it's a cozy winter celebration inside the Deerview Meeting Room or a summer ceremony beside Prairie Creek, let us help you plan an intimate casually elegant wedding that will delight you and your guests.

Our Deerview Meeting Room is well appointed with a field stone fireplace, comfortable window seat and a convenient food/drink service area. The room can accommodate up to 22 guests for a sit down meal or up to 30 for a stand up reception. In the summer, you can open the French doors, walk out on the expansive lawn and dance under the stars while listening to Prairie Creek rushing nearby. Heaven!

You can also reserve the entire Heartstone Restaurant for your special day. It seats a maximum of 40 people for a sit down dinner or 50 people for a stand up affair. Some restrictions apply.

We would welcome the opportunity to customize our services to suit your needs. Here's a sample of what we can do:

• Wedding ceremony in your choice of the Deerview Meeting Room, Heartstone Restaurant or on the grounds (weather permitting)*
  
• Tables dressed with white linens
  
• Fully plated and served wedding dinner for up to 40 guests (four course meal, coffee and tea service starts at $50 per person plus tax and gratuities)
  
• Champagne or cocktail reception (standing)
  
• Professional serving staff
  
• Wine and liquor service including a bartender
  
• Honeymoon Suite for the bride and groom**
  
• Up to nine other guest rooms for your guests (maximum 20 people double occupancy) **
  
• A complimentary full hot breakfast each morning for overnight guests

You will be responsible for supplying your JP, flowers, wedding cake, photographer, musicians, and any special decorations you may require.
*Chair rental fees may be in effect for outdoor weddings.
**Please note that a minimum 2 day stay may be in effect on weekends.
