Breakfast

Breakfast is a decadent affair at The Prairie Creek Inn. Each morning a delicious hot breakfast is served to you on the harvest table in the Heartstone Room where guests eat 'family style' and enjoy lively converations as is traditional in the finest of bed and breakfasts. The first course includes a steaming hot cup of fresh brewed coffee or tea, juice and a yummy fresh seasonal fruit creation. You will then be presented with a specially chosen entrée such as Larry's Eggs Burritos, our crab and dill egg scramble, stuffed blueberry cream cheese french toast, blueberry pancakes drizzled with fresh berries and topped with whipped cream or better yet, vanilla ice cream, eggs benedict, a cheesy, mushroom, tomato or bacon filled omelet or many other yummy choices.

To make sure you don’t go away hungry, you will also be served homemade muffins, breads or other baked goods. Lighter eaters can always choose Terri’s special "Prairie Oats" granola with yogurt or good old-fashioned hot oatmeal infused with a taste of fruits and wholesome ingredients. We are always happy to cater to your special dietary needs and personal desires.

If you prefer, your breakfast can be delivered to your suite or cottage in a picnic basket. It's always fun to explore the delicious treasures inside. We also offer a "no breakfast rate" for guests who request it, although, we can't understand how you could pass it up.
